- Shared data: Last 3 months period records (start/end dates), next period prediction, fertile window information
- NOT shared: Symptoms, moods, notes, detailed intercourse records
5.3 Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed only when:
- Required by court order or legal process
- Necessary to protect life or safety
- Requested by law enforcement for criminal investigation
6. Your Rights
6.1 Access and Modification
View and modify your data anytime in the app.
6.2 Data Deletion
- Delete all data via "Settings → Delete Data"
- Selectively delete individual records
- All data completely removed when you uninstall the app

- Download all data in JSON format
- Transfer data to other apps
6.4 Withdraw Consent
- Disable features like partner sharing anytime
- Manage permissions for each feature in settings
7. Children's Privacy
Moon Diary is not intended for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we discover a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it.

Moon Diary complies with South Korean Personal Information Protection Act. For EU users, we comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
